PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ADSL office facility and its installing method in which the plant and equipment investment and the new plant and equipment area required in a telephone office for providing ADSL service can be saved while shortening the work time. SOLUTION: The ADSL office facility comprises an office side ADSL modem (18) and a telephone exchange (10), an office side splitter (19), a port (8) for connection with the office facility, and a port (7) for connection with the outside facility. The office side ADSL modem (18) is connected with the office side splitter (19). The office side splitter (19) is connected with the telephone exchange (10) directly through a first cable (20) and connected with the office connection port (8) directly through a second cable (13).
