PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide-band wavelength board (phase difference board) that is stable to heat, temperature, and the like, is effective to a plurality of laser beams having different wavelengths, and can be used as a wavelength board for optical information recording/reproducing apparatus. SOLUTION: In the wavelength board, a plurality of resin films made of an annular olefin-based resin for giving a phase difference to transmission light are combined, and each resin film concerned is adhered to a transparent support such as glass.
