PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic medical system for outputting suitable information on a position of tissue. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 12 outputs echo data to a host controller 20, a tissue coordinate operating part 48 operates the coordinate information on a tumor 30 with a three-dimensional search unit 10 as an origin, and a probe coordinate operating part 52 operates coordinate information of the three-dimensional search unit 10 with an X-ray irradiation source apparatus 18 which is a reference position as an origin. Then, a total tissue coordinate operating part 54 operates coordinate information on the tumor 30 with the X-ray irradiation source apparatus 18 as the origin on the basis of the coordinate information on the tumor 30 with the three-dimensional search unit 10 as the origin and the coordinate information of the three-dimensional probe 10 with the X-ray irradiation source apparatus 18 as the origin, and outputs the operated coordinate information to the X-ray irradiation source apparatus 18.
