FIELD: medicine, phlebology. SUBSTANCE: one should measure circumferences of affected and healthy limbs, at the level of middle third of a shin and middle third of a thigh, and, also, the length of measured segment. Based upon the data obtained one should calculate quantitative value by a formula and depending upon its value it is possible to diagnose either embologenic or occlusion phlebothrombosis. The method in question enables to determine the character of acute ileo-femoral phlebothrombosis. EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics. 3 ex, 1 tbl |
