A color filter substrate, an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display), an electronic device, a method for manufacturing the color filter substrate, and a method for manufacturing the LCD are provided to achieve a uniform color element in a color element region by discharging a functional solution including a color element forming material in a color element region. A first partition wall(4) defines a plurality of color element regions on a substrate(1). A second partition wall(5) separates the plurality of color element regions into a plurality of regions. Plural kinds of color elements(3) are formed in the plurality of color element regions. A transparent electrode(6) covers the first partition wall, the second partition wall, and the color elements. A protrusion(7) or an aperture is formed in the transparent electrode. The second partition wall is disposed in a direction in which the protrusion or the aperture extends.
