<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent torque transmission characteristics by lowering the hysteresis of a transmission torque. <P>SOLUTION: This torque transmission device comprises a multi-disk main clutch 15 cutting out and connecting a torque between torque transmission members 11 and 13, a pilot clutch 17 disengaged and engaged by an electromagnet 21, a cam mechanism 19 converting the transmission torque inputted through the clutch 17 to a pressing force, a moving member 25 pressing the clutch 15 by receiving the pressing force from the cam mechanism 19 for engagement, and plain bearings 27 pivotally supporting the moving member 25 movably in an axial direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
