<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finger-catching preventive device in a folding type open-close door so that the finger or the like is not caught between the end faces of adjacent doors. <P>SOLUTION: In the folding type open-close door in which a plurality of doors are connected by hinges in a foldable manner and a section between the end faces of both doors is opened and closed centering around shafts for the hinges, cavities mutually opend while being placed on the open-close side are formed at abutting ends of both doors, a flexible safety curtain sealing an open-close opening is stretched extensively over both cavities and urging devices tensing the safety curtain at all times by the force of a weight, a spring or the like in the cross direction of the curtain are finished interiorly in both cavities or either of the cavites. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
