NON-FRYING NOODLE WITH FLAVOR CAPSULE USING YEAST WASTE AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a non-frying noodle with a flavor capsule manufactured by using yeast waste and a preparing method thereof. The flavor capsule contains water soluble flavoring components and thus prevents the water soluble flavoring components from being eluted while boiling noodle. CONSTITUTION: A preparing method of a non-frying noodle with a flavor capsule comprises the steps of: agitating yeast waste obtained from the production of a yeast extract with substrates to include the substrate; drying the yeast waste including the substrates; and adding the dried yeast waste to noodle dough and forming noodle strips.
