A method for production of preserved product envisages cooking plant raw material in a bone broth, comminuting thereof, mixing with the recipe components, prepackaging into containers, sealing and sterilizing. A food bone half-finished product and the co-products obtained while preparing the food bone half-finished product are introduced to the recipe mixture. |
