The support device (3,4) is produced from woven threads, and the through passage apertures are formed by loops in the threads. On the support device first securing components are provided spaced apart in a longitudinal direction, in which second securing components provided on the lamella longitudinal edges can engage. A guide cord (2) has a first support device and a second such device (4) spaced apart from it. Guide ribs (6) are spaced apart in the support device longitudinal direction and their free ends are connected with the first and second support devices. At least one through passage aperture is provided in the support device sections (3a,4a) between two adjacent guide ribs.
