<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate/recover MAP (magnesium ammonium phosphate) and HAP (calcium phosphate) from a waste water and sludge in a state of being separated from the other impurities. <P>SOLUTION: In an organic waste water or sludge treatment system, a treatment process where an organic waste water or sludge containing impurities such as foreign matters and fibrous substances is treated, and the impurities such as foreign matters and fibrous substances are removed is performed.
