<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the information stored in a card used for non-contact communication from being tapped. <P>SOLUTION: At the time of receiving a communication request, the non-contact communication type card judges whether it is previously specified communication permission time or not, and at the time of judging that it is the permission time, validates communication of a communication means. At the time of judging that it is not the permission time, communication of the communication means is invalidated. When communication invalidation is specified by a switch means for specifying communication validity/invalidity, communication of the communication means is invalidated.
