The bin filler consists of a cover (16) with an opening lid (20) over an aperture (19) containing a rotary chamber (17). The chamber has an opening (24) in one side for depositing a sack of waste, and rotates to allow the sack to drop into a bin positioned beneath the cover. In its closed position a curved surface (31) inside the lid fits over the chamber opening. The cover can be fitted, for example, with a card reader (40) to limit access to the bin to legitimate users. |
