<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the breakage of a holding arm portion and the falling-out of a body portion from a mounted portion. <P>SOLUTION: The body portion 12 is attached to an attaching hole 6d on a door panel 6. A cord wire 19 is introduced outward from the body portion 12. Further, a holding arm portion 20 elongates from the body portion 12 in the required direction.
