<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of realizing an educational system capable of providing a high learning effect at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: A broadcasting station digitally broadcasts a learning program with additive information multiplied to its lecture content by a broadcasting device. A learner receives the digital broadcasting by use of his/her own media terminal, and watches the lecture content, thereby acquiring knowledge. The learner takes part in the field of practice through an Internet terminal by use of a password received by the media terminal. A broadcasting course is closely linked with the field of practice by the password to attain the uniforming of levels of learners who take part in the field of practice or the sharing of topics.
