APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SHARING LOAD IN INTER-NODE MULTI-LINK OF MOBILE COMMUNICATION NETWORK

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for sharing a load in an inter-node multi-link of a mobile communication network are provided to reduce excessive allocation of a call to a troubled link by checking a call maintaining time and sensing an error of a link in setting a call. CONSTITUTION: A call processor(110) requests a call setup/call release from a call manager(120), and allocates a call to a link having the minimum load as set by the call manager(120). The call manager(120) transfers an ID of a link to which a released call has been allocated whenever a call is released according to a call setup request of the call processor(110) and a call maintaining time from a point of a call setup to a point of a call release to a handicap generator. The handicap generator generates a handicap to be referred when a call is set up by using the call link ID and the call maintaining time received from the call manager(120) and performs calculation to allocate a load uniformly.
