<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for effectively giving priority of processing to an application and making a whole application processing operation efficient. <P>SOLUTION: A content of application inputted from an application input person is received. The number of return times of the application received last time, correction allowable time which is set for correcting the returned application and application situation information including a difference between correction time required until the application is made again after it is returned last time and correction grace time are stored in a storage device. Application status information on the application received in a prescribed period is read from the storage device. The rearranged application is sequentially allocated to a processor who processes the received applications by rearranging them in accordance with the number of return times, which is obtained from application status information that is read, correction allowable time, the difference between correction time and correction grace time and reception date/time and whose completion of the processing of the allocated application is the earliest. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
