During the process a band of plastic film (1) from a roll (2) is cut into strips (B1, B2) and passed through heaters (CH1, CH2) before being formed into cylinders (T) and welded round blowing/filling tubes (CS). During the process a band of plastic film (1) from a roll (2) is cut into strips (B1, B2) and passed through heaters (CH1, CH2) before being formed into cylinders (T) and welded round blowing/filling tubes (CS). The cylinders are blow-molded into bottles (RE1 - RE4) in moulds (8) formed from two halves (M1, M2). Then they are filled, after cooling while inside the moulds and before being sealed at the top by the action of the lower ends of the moulds, and then separated. The sealing process includes the formation of a neck and stopper which is pre-cut for easy opening.
