PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the power reduction as a result of energy saving measures performed on an air conditioner. SOLUTION: This energy saving amount calculating system for estimating the power reduction of the air conditioner achieved by jetting the water to a condenser of the air conditioner, comprises a water volume measuring means for measuring the volume of water jetted to the condenser, and an energy saving amount calculating means for estimating the power saving amount on the basis of the measured water volume, and the power saving amount is obtained by multiplying the measured water volume by a coefficient.
