FIELD: machine engineering, restoration of metal cutting equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes crosspiece, carriage, tool head with mechanism for controlling fluctuations along height. All said units are mounted with possibility of moving along basic guides and with possibility of engaging with spaced reference guide. Tool head is joined with basic and reference guides through control connection unit. The last includes pickups for detecting tool deviation from reference guide, comparator, actuating organ and mechanisms for moving crosspiece and tool. In order to enhance working accuracy and to lower labor consumption, tailstock of framework is used as mechanism for moving crosspiece. Tailstock is mounted in its own guides. Tool head is provided in addition with mechanism for fine adjustment of inclination angle of tool axis. Said mechanism is mounted with two freedom degrees. Reference guide may be in the form of reference straightedge. Deviation pickups and comparator are in the form of clock type indicators. Actuating mechanism provides axial motion of tool. Reference guide is in the form of source of narrow-directed light beam; pickup for measuring tool deviation from reference guide is in the form of light beam detector mounted in plane normal relative to light beam direction. ^ EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of working, reduced labor consumption. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg |
