<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device for a vehicle of a type in which a shoulder anchor is stored inside a trim and occurrence of striking sound caused by a tongue is restricted. <P>SOLUTION: A seat belt device for a vehicle of the present invention is constructed such that a protrusion 22 for repelling a tongue 21 from a trim 2 toward an inside part of a compartment is arranged between a webbing folding-back part 5a for folding back downward the webbing 3 of a shoulder anchor 5 stored between an inner panel 1a of a vehicle body and the trim 2, and a tongue 21 arranged halfway in the webbing 3 pulled out of the folding-back part 5a into the compartment. The tongue 21 when no person sits on the seat is pulled away positively from the trim 2 to such a location as one where it is hardly abutted against the trim 2 so as to prevent the oscillating tongue 21 from being abutted against the trim 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
