<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shower pipe cleaning device of external type filtration equipment disposed on the outside of a water tank, which device is constituted to return the cleaned water from the filtration equipment through a shower pipe opened with a number of jet holes into the water tank and can neatly clean the inside surface of the shower pipe simply by laterally moving a slider along the shower pipe without removing the shower pipe from a filter body. <P>SOLUTION: The shower pipe 21 communicatively connected with its outlets 19 and 30 is positioned below the filter body F placed atop the water tank V, so as to be controlled to be vertically movable, and a cleaning brush 55 is freely slidably arranged in the shower pipe 21. The slider 56 is freely slidably provided on the outer periphery thereof. Both ends of the cleaning brush 55 and both ends of the slider 56 are respectively coupled by means of left and right operating ropes 59 and 60. The flush cleaning of the inside surface of the shower pipe 21 is made possible by laterally moving the cleaning brush 55 by the lateral movement of the slider 56. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
