The system makes it possible to remove cattle feces from a cattle shed without causing power loss in a driving motor and without bringing damages to a pulling rope. A pair of winding drums (21,22) are rotatably secured to a frame (20), and are connected to both ends of a rope (2) which is connected to scrapers (10,10'). When one of the winding drums (21,22) is power-driven, the other one of the drums is passively driven. This is done selectively by selecting either one of the two drums, and this is rendered possible by providing a power relay means (40). When any selected one of the drums is rotated, the other one releases the rope.
