PURPOSE: Provided is a device for exercising an eyeball, which includes a display portion with multi plates not a single plate; enables a protector to check a state that the eye balls of a ward are exercised; and increases an eyeball exercising effect by placing a number of LED substrates at different positions. CONSTITUTION: The device for exercising an eyeball comprises an eyeball contact portion which is contacted with the eye portion of a user; a display portion for leading the exercise of the eyeballs by varying the region displayed by light; a first switch portion(150) including a power switch for supplying the display portion with an electric power and an operation switch for driving any specific LED of the display portion; and a display driving control portion(190) for controlling a blinking of the specific LED at a programmed order when the first switch is turned on.
