摘要 PURPOSE: An electronic device and an element substrate and an electro-optical device and a method of producing the electro-optical device and an electronic apparatus are provided, which are controlled with good accuracy even though there is fabrication deviation. CONSTITUTION: The electronic device(20) comprises a plurality of unit circuits in correspondence to a plurality of first signal lines(Yn) and a plurality of second signal lines(Xm). Each of the plurality of unit circuits comprises an electronic element which comprises the first port(D1) and the second port(D2) and is driven by a driving voltage applied to the first port or a driving current flowing between the first port and the second port. Each unit circuit also comprises an active element controlling the driving voltage or the driving current. The plurality of unit circuits include a unit circuit including at least more than two electronic elements or active elements.
