The board has an inscription fixed on a surface of a rectangular plate (2). Two side poles are equipped with lower part of concrete base (11) for supporting the board on the ground. Another plate (5) holds a publicity poster provided with a third plate (6). The third plate is detachable and transparent to protect the poster. The plates have a length between 0.8 meter and 1.2 meter and width between 0.4 meter and 0.7 meter.
