The apparatus has an integrated valve (2) with a reduction chamber which transforms a gas in liquid state into gaseous-liquid state and channelizes the gas in a deflecting unit (4). The deflecting unit opens at center of a plate (5) on which a vessel (R) to be frozen is posed. External walls of the vessel are frozen by thermal reaction between internal and external walls of the vessel.
