METHOD FOR FABRICATING WHITE LED TO OBTAIN STABLE LUMINANCE

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a white LED is provided to obtain the stable luminance by using an ultraviolet light emitting chip as well as a blue light emitting chip to fabricate the white LED. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting chip(3) is fixed on a PCB(7) and a lead frame(6) by using a bonding agent(4). The bonding agent is hardened during the predetermined period of time under the predetermined temperature. A wire bonding process is performed to bond a wire(5) to the light emitting chip. A phosphor layer(2) is formed on the light emitting chip by adding pigments of (Sr,Ba)2SiO4:Eu to liquefied resin or solid resin.
