<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a waterproof polyurea elastomer for golf implements, having a soft component for giving improved elasticity, increased cutting property, scratch and abrasion resistance, moisture proofness and increased adhesiveness without any bad influence on the whole performance and characteristic of a golf ball. <P>SOLUTION: This waterproof polyurea elastomer is formed of a waterproof polyurea composition containing an isocyanate, an amine-terminated compound having a hydrophobic main chain and a curing agent.
