The process involves pulverizing a flow of brazing solution in each fluid circulation tube (6) of a fluid circulation tube bundle at the time of folding a sheet band and before a complete formation of the tube. The bundle is connected to a collection box. Components of a heat exchange module are assembled, and the folded tubes are brazed simultaneously with the heat exchange module. An independent claim is also included for a heat exchange module.
