Offset and screen combination printing method includes primary offset printing, secondary 4-color offset printing, third offset printing using a prepared compound ink, screen printing, baking, shape rolling and injection-molding in orderly fashion. Primary offset printing involves printing a transparent heat sensitive bonding agent on a prepared single film piece through an offset printer and drying the bonding agent by applying ultra violet (UV) radiation at 300 [deg]C. Secondary color pattern offset printing involves 4-color printing on the bonding agent layer through an offset printer and drying the color printing by applying the UV radiation at 300 [deg]C. Third offset printing involves printing the compound ink on the color printing layer by an offset printer and then drying the ink by baking the obtained film piece at 300 [deg]C for 18-25 minutes. Screen printing involves printing an adhesive on the compound ink layer through a silk screen and drying the adhesive by baking the obtained film piece at 300 [deg]C for 18-25 minutes, which is then followed by baking, hot pressing, shape rolling and injection molding of the bonding agent printed single film piece. |
