<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a teaching operation panel preventing malfunction and allowing easy replacement of a sheet for protecting a touch panel of a display part. <P>SOLUTION: A window part 11 for visualizing display contents is formed in a body case 10, and a display 6 and the touch panel 7 are provided below. The touch panel 7 is disposed at the front face of the display 6 with a spacer 12 held between. The outer peripheral part of the touch panel 7 is pressed to the rear face of the body case 10 through a packing material 13 and provided with a frame 15 for sticking a protective sheet 8 while securing a clearance B. The frame 15 is detachably stuck to a sheet sticking part 16 using an adhesive. Glare-proof treatment is applied to the surface of the protective sheet 8 but not applied to the touch panel.
