<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupler capable of reducing insertion load in mounting a plug for high-pressure, and mounting both of a plug for normal pressure and the plug for high pressure to prevent the air leakage. <P>SOLUTION: This coupler is provided with a cutoff valve 19 at its one end side for opening and closing a flow channel to a socket part 12 side, and an opening and closing valve 23 for opening and closing a flow channel between the other end side to which the compressed air of high pressure zone is supplied and the cutoff valve 19, and the cutoff valve 19 and the opening and closing valve 23 are opened by a rod 21 operated by inserting the high-pressure plug P2 into the socket part 12. A seal member 37 is mounted at an end part side of a movable cylindrical body 14, the high-pressure plug P2 is inserted into the socket part 12 to seal between the movable cylindrical body 14 and the high-pressure plug P2, the cutoff valve 19 is opened by the rod 21, and further the opening and closing valve 23 is opened thereafter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
