<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve nozzle improved in a maintenability keeping performance in the leading proposal technology. <P>SOLUTION: The valve nozzle is constructed by a piston with a head part and an axis part in the inside space of the valve nozzle main body, a torpedo arranged in the inside space of the nozzle head, acting as a guide for the said piston by supporting the said piston as freely sliding, at the same time, with concave grooves to become a plurality of swinging path ways for a resin formed in the outer periphery while generating a torsion in a resin injection direction, a coil spring urging the piston in a gate direction and a cover to become a spring shoe for the coil spring and a cover to close the rear end of the torpedo and to become the spring shoe of the coil which are integrally constructed forming an opening closing mechanism of the gate. The valve nozzle is so constructed that the all round of a circular section at the head part of the piston contacts the inside wall of the gate of the nozzle head to make the resin path way closed when a pressure of the resin is lower than a constant value, and that the head part retracts from the gate and is released when the pressure of the resin becomes higher than the constant value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
