The movable base is made of rotating platform mounted on the driving shaft of the mechanism for discrete control of the speed of rotation. The mechanism is made of an assembly of driven and driving pulleys connected by means of the driving belt. The rotating platform is provided with the model of the object to be cut. The driving belt that connects the driven and driving pulleys is made of a vibration insulation material.
