<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmitter that is easy in widely securing the working area of a caisson excavator. <P>SOLUTION: A connector connects an object to be transmitted to the caisson excavator 15 that moves by being hung to a traveling rail 13 from a supply source via a transmission cable 40 in a manner of capable of supplying the object. The transmission cable 40 is laid to a cable rack 41 arranged along the traveling rail 13 in manner of capable of being drawn and accommodated, and the cable rack 41 is arranged at the side of the traveling rail 13 above the caisson excavator 15 while the upper part of the cable rack is opened.
