ELECTRIC CONNECTION BOX

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electric connection box in which the size is reduced in the vertical direction while having a moderate size in the horizontal direction by arranging a PD horizontally at a lower position of a branch circuit block.

SOLUTION: A case arranged in the horizontal direction is partitioned internally into an upper space S1 and a lower space S2 wherein a branch circuit block 20 consisting of a stack of a bus bar 21 and an insulating board 22 is contained horizontally in the upper space S1, and a printed board 31 mounting electronic components 35 and 36 on the upper surface provided with a conductor 32 and secured with a bus bar 33 to the lower surface thereof is arranged horizontally in the lower space S2. A power distributor (PD) 30 integrally bonded with a heat dissipation metal plate 34 is arranged at the lower part of the printed board 31 and the heat dissipation metal plate 34 is exposed to the lower surface opening of the case.
