<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Japanese Sake enabling customers to enjoy its just-made deliciousness, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The Japanese Sake is such as to be bottled in a retail bottle 13 in a Sake lees-containing unrefined condition and frozen. The method for producing the Japanese Sake comprises the step of producing unrefined Sake 50 by charging a brewing vessel 10 with water 20, steamed rice 30 and Koji rice 40 followed by fermentation, the step of filtering the resultant unrefined Sake 50 through a mesh 11, the step of bottling the unrefined Sake 50 thus filtered in retail bottles 13, and the step of freezing the unrefined Sake 50 thus bottled in the retail bottles 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
