<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic waste fermentation method capable of obtaining high deodorization effect at a low cost and effectively utilizing a bad odor substance as a resource, and an organic waste fermentation system. <P>SOLUTION: A movement base 13 is moved along a base movement rail 12. A hoisting movement rail 14 is provided on the movement base 13 so as to extend in a direction crossing the base movement rail 12. A hoisting device 15 has a retaining means 35 for retaining a fermentation tank 11 and capable of releasing it; a lifting means 34 capable of lifting the retaining means 35; and a movement means 33 for moving the lifting means 34 along the hoisting movement rail 14. A rotation device 16 is mounted to the movement base 13 below the hoisting movement rail 14. The organic waste 3 and a fermentation bacillus are put in the fermentation tank 11 and is rotated by the rotation device 16. After mist in the fermentation gas generated from the fermentation tank 11 is separated by a mist separator 17, the fermentation is completed and it is fed into the other fermentation tank into which an odor adsorbent is charged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
