PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coiling machine capable of guiding a tip part of a material bent by a first pin to a groove of a second pin.SOLUTION: A coiling machine 10 has: material feed rollers 11a, 11b; a first pin 13; a second pin 14; a pitch tool 15; a cutting tool 16; and a material rotation device 20. A tip part 2a of a material 2 moved from a material guide 12 toward the first pin 13 is bent by the first pin 13. The material rotation device 20 has: pinch rollers 21a, 21b; and a rotary mechanism for rotating the material 2 pinched by the pinch rollers 21a, 21b around an axis X1. After the tip part 2a of the material 2 is bent by the first pin 13, the material rotation device 20 rotates the material 2 around the axis X1 so that the tip part 2a goes toward a groove 14a of the second pin 14 in a state where the material feed rollers 11a, 11b move to unclamp positions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
