PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination method of an intestine state and a determination device of the intestine state which can determine or estimate the intestine state.SOLUTION: A determination method of an intestine state includes a determination step for determining which of two or more types based on attributes the intestine state of a subject belongs to by analyzing an intestinal bacterial flora database, in which following items are associated with each other: an identifier which identifies each of a plurality of subjects; a value representing respective ratios of all intestinal bacteria extracted from each of the subjects to a plurality of intestinal bacteria in all kinds of bacterium classification levels extracted from the subjects; and information representing an attribute of each of the subjects, and a value representing respective ratios of all intestinal bacteria extracted from each of the subjects to a plurality of intestinal bacteria in all kinds of bacterium classification levels extracted from the subjects, by a multidimensional scale method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
