Electronic circuit parts for controlling the heaters 2 and 2' are equipped on the back surface of panel 13. A thermistor box 17 is disposed on the 'back plate of inner tub 4 and includes a thermistor for detecting the temperature in the oven. The oven is fitted with a control element having a gate and which is connected serially to the heaters, and a controlling circuit for controlling the heaters through the gate of the control element, including first means for causing convection heating of foods in the heating chamber and having a short repitition cycle which causes no scorching of the foods and second means for causing infrared radiation heating of the food in the heating chamber having a long repitition cycle which causes scorching of the foods.</p> |
