PURPOSE:To recover all quantities of effective heat, by eliminating the need for a special admission and exhaust fan by installing a unit at the heat source side of a separate type air heat source heat pump unit to the location that energizes ventilation in an exhaust passage. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a building structure 1 is divided into an air conditioning space 3 and a space 4 in the ceiling by means of a ceiling material 2, and a ventilation portion 5 is mounted between both spaces 3, 4. Admission and exhaust ducts 6, 7 are communicated by an air return duct 8, and the quantity of ventilation is adjusted by means of a damper 9. External air is ventilated to the outside from the duct 7 through the duct 6, the spaces 3, 4 and units 10 at the heat source side building in a heat source fan without a special admission and exhaust fan by operating the units 10. Since the space 3 is under a comfortable circumstance by means of units 11 at the load side and the units 10 exchange heat while using returned air as a heat source, all quantities of effective heat are heat recovered. |
