Dynamically tuned gyroscope has a driving spindle connected by means of a rotation sprung part with a cardan ring and it has a rotor connected by means of a rotating sprung part with a cardan ring. The two parts are located orthogonally to each other. The effective stiffness or inertia K1 of the first part is zero and that of the other part equals 4 W2r2m3; where W predetermined no. of turns of the rotor, m3= mass of the cardan ring referred to the axis passing through the c. of g. of the cardan ring and r3= radius of gyration. K1 is made to equal zero with aid of ball joints, bush bearings, and electromagnetic and electrostatic systems.
