PURPOSE:To secure a high-speed reading by selecting the input and output data at the input time to the memory circuit respectively and then providing the circuit to store these data. CONSTITUTION:Memory circuit 10 gives the first reading to the data supplied last, and address growing circuit 13 renews the addresses in sequence in order to grow address 17 showing the storage position of circuit 10. Renewed address storing circuit 14 stores address 17 supplied from circuit 13 and then applies it to circuit 13 again. Selector circuit 31 selects the input and output data at the input and output time respectively, and storing circuit 12 stores the data delivered from circuit 31. The input/output data is selected by setting either one of operation designation signals 41 and 42 to ''1''. Thus, a high-speed reading becomes possible by providing storing circuit 12. |
