METHOD FOR PROCESSING RAPE SEEDS

The invention relates to production of vegetable oils from oil seeds and can be used in oil-extracting branch to obtain oil from rape seeds and high-protein oilcake or meal. In the disclosed method rape seeds are crushed by single impact, with obtained core fraction before squeezing oil from it in press-extruder being conditioned at temperature 70-80°C, which makes it possible to reduce energy consumption for their processing with minimal oiling of fruit shell.
