1. An apparatus for thermal treatment of a brain, the apparatus comprising:
a temperature sensor positioned on the apparatus and positioned and configured to measure a temperature of an Abreu brain thermal tunnel (ABTT) terminus located between an eyebrow and an eye human body and configured to transmit a signal representative of the temperature at the ABTT terminus; a processor positioned on the apparatus, the processor configured to receive the signal, to determine from the signal a condition of the brain that requires a temperature modification of the brain, and to transmit a control signal; and a temperature modification device connected to the apparatus, positioned to apply heat to or to remove heat from the brain, configured to receive the control signal, and configured to apply heat to or remove heat from the brain in response to the control signal.
