The invention relates to a ventilator for pneumatically conveying heavy particles. According to the invention, the ventilator consists of an exterior case (7), made of sheet metal and an interior elastic case (1) made of zig-zag stainless steel, which is attached to the exterior case (7) by means of several cylindrical springs (6), two covers (2), made of sheet metal, between which there is an impeller (5), on which some blades (4), made of zig-zag bent stainless steel, are clamped by means of some screws, the main impeller (5) having the blades (4) made of zig-zag stainless steel of high resistance and insignificant roughness is attached to an axle by means of which it is driven; in the absorption area there is a flange (3) which has the edge bent as a semicircle in order to facilitate the air sheet flow and on the axle driving the main impeller (5) of the ventilator, at the exterior, a smaller impeller is mounted inside a case which produces superpressure between the exterior case (7) and the interior case (1), thus eliminating the dust or particle accumulation between the two cases (7 and 1), the elastic membranes making up the interior case (1) and the blades (4) being made of stainless steel or zinc-plated sheet of various thicknesses, in zig-zag shape, with the bent side ranging between 2 and 500 mm, depending on the circulation flow, the material conveyed and the ventilator size. |
