A method for preparing an eco-friendly functional mortar is provided to obtain a finishing material for building causing no separation or crumbling while preventing a so-called sick house syndrome. A method for preparing an eco-friendly functional mortar(10) comprises the steps of: providing any one inorganic material selected from silicate-like minerals and aluminum silicate minerals and comprising 40-84 wt% of silica(SiO2), 10-30 wt% of alumina(Al2O3), 1-5 wt% of ferric oxide(Fe2O3), 1-5 wt% of calcium oxide(CaO), 1-5 wt% of magnesium oxide(MgO), 1-5 wt% of sodium oxide(Na2O), 1-5 wt% of potassium oxide(K2O), and 1-5 wt% of igloss; crushing the inorganic material in a particle size of 300 mesh; and adding 100-400 kg of the resultant particles per 6 m^3 of aerated concrete to obtain a material for constructing a heated floor.
