摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of the control part and the cooling part by arranging a thyristor switch on the DC output side of a forward power converter and allowing the thyristor switch and the forward power converter to have the same function as that of a regenerative inverter. CONSTITUTION:When a vehicle 7 is in regenerative operation, the thyristors 810 and 820 of a thyristor switch 8 are put ON. A forward power converter 2 advances the control delay angle of the thyristor group to the range of the inverter. The regenerative power from the regenerative vehicle 7 flows through the following passages and is regenerated: an electric wire 62, DC high speed breaker 52, DC positive electrode bus 3, thyristor 810 of the thyristor switch 8, negative electrode bus 4, negative electrode bus of the forward power converter 2, negative electrode thyristor of the forward power converter 2, power transformer 1, commercial frequency power source bus, power transformer 1, positive electrode thyristor of the forward power converter 2, DC positive electrode bus 3, thyristor 820 of the thyristor switch 8, negative electrode bus 4, rails 9, and the regenerative vehicle 7.</p>
